1) The City Government of Malabon, through the Special Education Fund - Repair and Maintenance - Building and Other Structures included in the 2026 SEF Annual Budget pursuant to LSB Resolution No. 09-2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINE PESOS (PhP3, 364, 409.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS FACILITIES AT NINOY AQUINO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, MAYA-MAYA ST., LONGOS, MALABON CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
