Description : Invitation to Bid for Repair & Maintenance - Machinery and Equipment
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of three hundred eighty one thousand seven hundred pesos (Php 381, 700.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Repair & Maintenance - Machinery and Equipment. Bids received in excess of each item/lot of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Vehicle Repair and Maintenance to be used for Heavy Equipment of LGU-Las Nieves, Agusan del Norte. Delivery of the Goods is required for 10 calendar days.
Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9) as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
