The new roof and overhands shall eliminate each and every weather borne water leak into B155. The new roof shall be free from ponding. The new roof shall be insulated meeting ASHRAE zoning requirements for the facility. The new roof shall be a TPO single ply membrane roofing system. The work shall include but is not limited to: replacement of built up roof components down to roof decking, insulation, gutter system including downspouts, roof curbing, and roof coping.
