The Work generally includes but is not necessarily limited to the following:• Waterproofing the inside of a cast-in-place catch basin at the loading dock slab using surface applied crystalline waterproofing.• Surface preparation of the interior surface of the catch basin will be required.• Temporary disconnection of a light fixture and some conduit connected to the outside of the catch basin in the mechanical room.• Paint and parging removal and disposal on the exterior surface of the catch basin in the mechanical/storage room.
