1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION UPPER PAMPANGA RIVER INTEGRATED IRRIGATION SYSTEMS - HEAD OFFICE, through the fund under GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF CY-2026, intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION SIX HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE AND 70/100 PESOS (8, 616, 271.70), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract hereunder. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION UPPER PAMPANGA RIVER INTEGRATED IRRIGATION SYSTEMS - HEAD OFFICE now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE LINING. Completion of the Works is required 365 Calendar days of contract duration. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
