On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the repair of the (larger) Vitocrossal 200 water and gas boiler with a rated power of 108 kW located in the boiler room in the UDT building in Wrocław at ul. Grabiszyńska 51. Scope and description of the subject of the order: Repair of the (larger) Vitocrossal 200 water and gas boiler with a rated power of 108 kW located in the boiler room of the UDT building in Wrocław at ul. Grabiszyńska 51 by purchasing and exchanging the following parts: 1. Burner operation controller with electronic board2. Boiler protection against lack of water in the boiler3. Draining boiler water from the safety valve on the boiler. Requirements: - The contractor must have all the authorizations required by law to performance of services included in the scope of the order - warranty for the work and material performed for a period of 12 months. Assessment criteria: Price - 100% (Lowest gross price of all offers/gross price of the examined offer x 100 = number of points awarded for the examined offer offer) Details of the order execution have been indicated in the order template - downloadable from the "Attachments" tab. The Contractor declares that when submitting the offer, he has read the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the annexes and accepts them. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected. The official confirmation of the Ordering Party's willingness to complete the order is sending the order.
