The Commodities Contracting Branch at Tinker Air Force Base, OK (AFSC/PZABA) intends to award a contract for he use of other than full and open competition procedures to obtain a new commercial follow-on sole source firm-fixed price requirements-type contract to repair Altitude Alerter; Altimeter; Air Data Computer and Air Speed Indicator applicable to the KC-135 Weapon System. This is not a bridge action. There is no solicitation available at this time. This synopsis is a pre award notification of the governments intent to award a sole source contract. The contemplated contract is for a repair service from Innovative Solutions & Support Inc. (IS&S)Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code 0EUW0. A 1-year basic contract with six 1-year options is considered to be appropriate for this acquisition.
