Description: The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a full replacement of the membrane roof system (including roof decking) section in front of the upper floor mechanical room building 708 Kaye Auditorium. The new roof shall be free from ponding; the new roof shall be insulated to meet ASHRAE zoning requirements for the facility. The new roof shall be a TPO single ply-membrane roofing system. The work shall include but is not limited to replacement of existing membrane roof components down to roof decking, insulation, gutter system including down spout attached to the membrane roof, and roof coping.
