Description: The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a full replacement of the membrane roof system (including roof decking) section in front of the upper floor mechanical room building 708 Kaye Auditorium. The new roof shall be free from ponding; the new roof shall be insulated to meet ASHRAE zoning requirements for the facility. The new roof shall be a TPO single ply-membrane roofing system. The work shall include but is not limited to replacement of existing membrane roof components down to roof decking, insulation, gutter system including down spout attached to the membrane roof, and roof coping. Perform all work according to the Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references.
Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit on 14 July 2026 at 9:00 AM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Please note that registration is required by 1:00 PM CST on 08 July 2026. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe drop-off link to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact the POC by 1:00 PM CST on 08 July 2026, you will not be able to attend the site visit.
