Invitation to Bid for Repair/ Improvement of a Three Storey Cell
Building at BDJ
The Provincial Government of Bohol through the budget for the contract approved by
the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends to
apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Six Hundred
Eighty-Eight Pesos and 25/100 Only (P 2, 136, 688.25) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair/ Improvement of a
Three Storey Cell Building at BDJ. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for Repair/ Improvement of a Three Storey Cell Building at
BDJ. Completion of the Works is required within 90 days after receipt of the Notice
to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last 10 years from the date of
