1. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 9, series of 2023, dated January 27, 2023, intends to apply the sum of Php5, 697, 397.74 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NS-10-04-23-01 Repair/Improvement of Laoang Sub-Provincial Jail Brgy. Onay, Laoang Northern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 70 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
