1. The Bids and Awards Committee of City of Lapu-lapu through the DEV. DUND FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 1, 200, 523.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair & Improvement of CTMS Office @ Fire Station Building, Gun-ob, Lapu-lapu City; INFRA 26-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
