1. The Municipality of Guipos, through the BUDGET APPROVED BY SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF 2026 (20% EDF 2026) intends to apply the sum of Php 2, 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB NO. 2026- 000036: REPAIR OF GUIPOS WET MARKET at Poblacion, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Guipos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days.
