1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ABRA, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php1, 380, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REPAIR OF GATE, SHED AND MULTI-PURPOSE HALL (KITS VILLE SUBDIVISION with Contract ID PGA-PEO2026(MOOE)-CW02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
