ITB No. 2026 - 08
1) The City Government of Mati, through the Office of the City Mayor Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Two Pesos & 46/100 (Php3, 712, 902.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair of Flooring & Offices at City Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Mati now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”...
