Description
Replace forty (40) fire doors. Fire doors are deteriorated and rusting. Some doors are rusted to theframe making the fire doors not able to open causing life safety issues.Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and Lead Based Paint (LBP) testing was performed on these fire doors and paint on the fire doors tested positive forLBP.Statement of Work (SOW) will include design for removing and abating the LBP from the fire doors, and replacing the firedoors with new fire doors, meeting the current life safety code requirements.
