The Lublin Plant in Lublin invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit a price offer for the repair of the EME DRG power generator from the SA103-007 series diesel multiple unit.I. Item procedures: 1. Repair of the EME DRG160/20-8TS generator No. 1369854 - 1 pc. After verification, it was found that the device was not charging and had no excitation voltage. II. Subject requirements: 1. Transport of the generator before and after the service is performed by the Contractor will be provided on its own. 2. Materials, parts and components replaced or dismantled during the repair are the property of the Ordering Party and should be returned to it. III. Additional provisions: 1. The offer should be submitted as an attachment to this proceedings. The offer should include: warranty period, service completion date counted from the date of placing the order. 2. The Supplier undertakes to pay the Ordering Party a contractual penalty for: a) the Contractor's withdrawal from the order for reasons The Ordering Party is not liable in the amount of 20% of the Contractor's gross remuneration; b) withdrawal from the order by the Ordering Party for reasons for which the Contractor is liable in the amount of 20% of the Contractor's gross remuneration; c) delay in implementation services in the amount of 2% of the Contractor's gross remuneration for each day of delay. Contractual penalties may be claimed for each case separately and are cumulative. 3. The creditor may not transfer the receivable without the written consent of the Ordering Party...
