1) The Local Government Unit of Loon, Bohol, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Pesos (₱ 749, 280.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Repair of Elevator. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
