The subject of this small-scale general contract (according to the VZMR) is the service:
Repair of the BOENA 5 demining machine for V 6624 Olomouc as specified in Plan 1 to Vzv_Cenov specifications of the work and in the back of this VZMR.
The content of the contracting documentation is therefore Area 1 of the Invitation_Draft of the contract, where the contracting authority requires it to be filled out in red places, signed by the authorized person and attached (preferably in pdf format and thus in the original format) to e. NEN tools as part of the offer.
The total price for the service, which was filled out in Annex 1 to the Contract Draft, is provided by the supplier in detail without rounding to the subject of electricity. NEN tools as an offer.
The client orders a contract period of service of at least 24 months for ND and 6 months for technical work.
Failure to meet the qualifications even after a re-invitation will be considered by the contracting authority as not meeting the basic requirements and this offer will be subject to evaluation of the offer.
Supplier by tender submitted in this offer you automatically agree to the many listed conditions of this offer. The tender price will be the highest acceptable by the contracting authority and will include the total costs of the supplier with the services provided. The supplier will check the price entered in e. NEN tools.
This price cannot be adjusted even in ppad many mistakes. The supplier's offers will be evaluated on the basis of the price offer for the fulfillment of the complete scope of the contract if the requirements of the contractor are met.
After public invitations to submit bids, including procurement documentation on the contracting authority's profile, there will be a delay of 3 working days for the possibility of cancellation due to disagreement with the procurement conditions.
Evaluated public procurement will take place within 30 working days from the end of the tender offer.
After sending the Notice of selection of the supplier, there is a 3 working day period for the possibility of appeal against the result of the selection zen.
