Tender Details

The contract includes optional installments defined in the specifications. Services are paid by fixed prices. Delivered in 2004, the Bonaparte garden has areas decked with wooden slats. This decking, subject to conditions extremes (UV, humidity, salty air and water, etc.) due to its location, but also to the use of users of the Bonaparte car park and walkers, needs to be completely redone. This renovation will be done through the creation of a structure carrier composed of rot-proof beams and joists, adapted to different areas, which will accommodate lathing using exotic wood slats. This service will include the supply of all the pieces of wood (beams, joists, slats), pedestals polymers, hardware and stainless steel screws necessary for proper implementation. The removal of the old decking will be carried out by the teams of the Municipal Technical Center prior to the execution of the work covered by the contract.
