This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.This solicitation is issued as RFQ 36C24125Q0551. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06.The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors) SBA size standard $19 Million.This is a solicitation for VA Connecticut Healthcare Systems (VACHS). The VA Connecticut Healthcare System completed a required inspection of the Boiler Plant Deaerator Tank serving the steam distribution system to determine the state of any cracks, corrosion, cleaning, and maintenance. A Deaerator Tank is a critical component in steam-generating systems, particularly in a power plant. Its main function is to remove dissolved gasses, primarily oxygen and carbon dioxide, from the boiler feedwater to prevent corrosion and improve efficiency.
