1. Standard Specification for Construction Works 2009.
2. Code of Practice for Service Installation, as amended (March 2008).
3. Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.

7. All rates and prices shall be deemed to include for Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable, in accordance with Decree-Law No.: 48 for the year 2018, and no additional charges will be considered.
8. Traffic Permission, Traffic management, Road safety, Wayleave, any other traffic police permission will be obtained by RPMD- DLO. any civil work repair of concrete pad etc.. will be done by RPMD.
