"1. (Repair of Comfort Room)
1.Demolition/chipping of existing/damaged tiles and removal of other obstruction affected by the repair.
2.Tiling of flooring walls and counter top.
3.Provision and installation of plumbing fixtures.
4.Provision and installation of new ceiling and door.
5.Repainting of ceilings, walls, and doors.
6.Provision and installation of new waterlines and sanitary lines including waterproofing.
7.Provision and installation of new lighting fixtures including roughing-ins, wires, switches, outlets and other consumables."
"2. (Repair of Septic Tank)
1. Pump-out old septic tank.
2. Expansion of underground of existing septic tank (3x2.3x2.1m).
3. Compacting the ground.
4. Masonry and carpentry works.
5. Concrete flooring and slabbing of surfaces and edges.
6. Waterproofing of whole inner area and installation of concrete cover.
7. Warranty of workmanship for six (6) months."
