The foundation dam related to the Unnukka-Kallavesi regulation permit adjusts the height of Kallevesi's low water. The dam was built in 2016 and it is located behind Konnu's ship canal and the old museum canals and there is no direct road connection to the site. The dam has worn away due to the effect of ice and currents and is about 20-40 cm lower than planned at the crest of the central part. The work brings new small-scale quarry to the site and new spawning gravel patches are made. The estimated amount of mass needed at the site (not binding on the customer) is about 75-100 m3 of small ore. In addition, 20 t (quantity binding on the customer) of spawning gravel (screened natural gravel #16-64) will be delivered to the site. The contract is a Total price contract and the contractor acts as the main contractor and as the main executor as meant by the legislation (Regulation on construction safety 26.3.2009/205). The contractor has the main performance obligation to build the object according to the tender documents with all work and with material costs and site operating and joint costs. Those who make contract bids must familiarize themselves with the construction site and the conditions prevailing there before submitting a bid. A more detailed definition of the contract is presented in the attachments in the tender documents.
