Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.(work order must be submitted)b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of minimum Building Construction works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 7.50 lakh.( Other Criteria are Stated in TDS)c) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk. 7.00 Lakh (7.00x5= 35.00 lac) or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT) (Goods Payment will not be count of turnover.Only Payment Certificate will be Accept)d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 7.00 Lakh only.
