Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible civil tenderers as mentioned below :(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 3(three) yearsof general experience in building Construction or maintenance works.(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one)number of similar nature of building construction or maintenance including civil, sanitary works Tk.4, 50, 000.00 last 05(five) years.(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnoverduring last 5(Five) years amounting of Tk. 1200000.00(Twelve lakh).(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilitiesof the tenderer shall be Tk. 600000(tSix lakh) . Adequacy of minimumliquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank ofBangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW2a-3), without alteration, issuednot earlier than twenty Eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadlinefor submission of Tenders for this contract.(E) Up-to-dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT RegistrationCertificate.(F) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & 4) of tender documentsmust be fulfilled
