Description : 1. The Bureau of Customs (BOC), through the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Six Pesos and Sixty-Nine Centavos (Php4, 791, 946.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Repair and Renovation of Accounting Division, Internal Administration Group (IAG)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bureau of Customs (BOC) now invites bids for “Repair and Renovation of Accounting Division, Internal Administration Group (IAG)”. Completion of the Works is required for ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184.
