1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-One Pesos and Forty-Four Centavos (P 8, 999, 981.44), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Rehabilitation of Barlis Bridge along Cabanatuan City - Gen. Mamerto Natividad Road, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija (Re-Bid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
