1. The BLGU-Barangay Lalawigan, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Through the 20% EDF of 2026, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 400, 00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILTATION OF BARANGAY STAGE, at Barangay Lalawigan, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
