1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY MAYONG, TIWI, ALBAY, through the 20% BDF 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND EIGHTY HUNDRED NINETY AND 60/100 (PHP 190, 890.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER SUPPLY OF BARANGAY MAYONG, TIWI, ALBAY.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY MAYONG, TIWI, ALBAY,
