Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred EightyNine Pesos (Php419, 989.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the
Repair and Maintenance of Various Mine 3 Service Vehicles (“Project”) through Section 34.
Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No.
12009. The services shall be rendered at Imelda Zamboanga Sibugay within One (1) year after
receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Acceptance Letter (AL).
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
