INVITATION TO BID FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES
1. The Municipality of Jaen, through the GENERAL FUND C.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (1, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES /2026-GF-23. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Jaen now invites bids for the REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES. Completion of the Works required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project.
