1) The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund (Supplemental Budget No. 1) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱3, 200, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Repair and Maintenance of Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) Building, Capitol Compound, Brgy. Kumintang Ibaba, Batangas City
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Notice of Award (NOA) will only be issued to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) when the fund is downloaded to the Provincial Government of Batangas.
