1.The City Mayor-s Office intends to procure thru Negotiated Procurement (after Two Failed Biddings) pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations of RA 9184, the project Procurement of Light Metal Frame Materials, Job Order (Supply & Installation) and Miscellaneous Materials for the Repair and Maintenance of Office Building City Hall, Legislative & ABC Hall Buildings, City of Tacurong with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred Sixty-one Thousand Seven Hundred Three Pesos and 75/100 (261, 703.75).
2.The City Mayor-s Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee, now invites technically, legally, and financially capable bidders for the said project.
