PB-CW-2026-06-018
1. The Local Government Unit of Casiguran, Sorsogon, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (LDRRMF) Special Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Maintenance of MDRRMO Building under Project Identification Number PB-CW-2026-06-018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Casiguran, Sorsogon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 75 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
