Repair and maintenance of Gen Set.
Realignment of engine flywheel, replacement of rear oll seal and cleaning of alternator.
Scope of Works:
Terminate the cable wires of Genset from MCCB.
-Uncouple the main alternator from the engine using an A-frame crane.
-Check-up and inspect if there are misalignment of engine flywheel.
-Disassemble the main alternator and visually inspect for winding condition.
-Cleaning of alternator by chemical wash to remove hardened form of dirt.
-Conduct test on all coit and wiring connections for continuity.
- Replacement of crankshaft oil seal.
-Assemble the main alternator.
-Realignment of engine flywheel.
-Couple the main alternator to the engine.
-Re-topping of cable wires from Genset to MCCB.
-Testing and commissioning.
