Repair and maintenance of facilities, 50700000-repair and maintenance services of building systems, 70000000-real estate services, 79992000-reception services, 90910000-cleaning services, 98341130-building safekeeping services the project in renens is a real estate project developed by ffs sa, we refer you to the website https://parc-du-simplon.ch/ for a more detailed presentation of the project. this new district consists of 16 buildings, of which 3 administrative buildings of ffs sa (buildings a1, a2 and a3) which will house the French branch of the SBB. Buildings a2 and a3 will come into service in spring 2021 and building a1 at the end of 2023.The a2 building is semi-public, which is why a reception area, suitable for welcoming numerous visitors during the opening hours of the building, will be located at the entrance on the ground floor. A public lift, separated from the central nucleus of the building, will allow access to the car park. The a3 building is private, therefore without a reception area, and will only welcome visitors with access badges.
