Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :(i) Valid Trade License(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificatec. (i) A satisfactory completion of similar nature of works at least Tk 08.00(Eight) Lac under [one] of contract(s) over a period of [3] years shall be required.ii) The required average annual Turnover shall be greater than Tk 27.00(Twenty seven) Lac over the last [3] years.(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 9.00(Nine) Lac(iv) 6.
