1. The Bids and Awards Committee of City of Lapu-lapu through the DEV. FUND FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 2, 224, 619.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF MACTAN SHRINE, Mactan, Lapu-lapu City; INFRA 26-43. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
