Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Cagayancillo, Palawan, through the Supplemental Budget No. 3 under 20% Percent Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php250, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Conversion of Existing CR to PWD CR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Cagayancillo, Palawan now invites bids for Repair and Conversion of Existing CR to PWD CR . Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within December 23, 2025 to January 19, 2026 from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
