Contract form NS 8406:2009 - Simplified Norwegian building and construction contract is used. The procurement is carried out as an open tender. The procurement is carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and regulations on public procurement (FOA) FOR-2016-08-12-974, parts I and II. On 04/01/2026 there was a water leak from a broken pipe in floor 2 which caused water damage. The repair work includes rebuilding damp-damaged plaster walls in the lower part (1 meter above floor) of B and C wings (levels 1 and 2), a total of approx. 300 running meters of wall to be returned to the same standard as before.
