Description : 1. The Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology (NMSCST), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) for Infrastructure, intends to procure civil works in accordance with Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 for the project REPAIR OF ADMINISTRATION BUILDING with RFQ No.: 26IGFSVP05-12-C located at Labuyo, Tangub City.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP900, 000.00). Bid/Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
3. Completion of works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days.
4. The Scope of Work for the project is attached as Annex A, the Checklist of Technical and Financial Requirements is attached as Annex B, and the forms together with the approved working plans/drawings are attached as Annex C of this RFQ.
