GROUP A MAINTENANCE OF BOILERS-BURNERS IN MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS GROUP B RESTORATION WORKS OF UNEXPECTED DAMAGES The object of the contract is the maintenance and repair, together with the installation of spare parts if required, of oil or natural gas boilers and burners of gas, specific structures under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Piraeus for the years 2026-2027-2028-2029 and includes the following: • annually or monthly where required, maintenance - adjustment of burners and boilers by issuing a maintenance and adjustment sheet installations for heating buildings and water. • The restoration of unforeseeable damages, including the spare parts for which their malfunction is established and their replacement is deemed necessary, in order to ensure the orderly and safe operation of each boiler room, but also of the entire central heating installation of each building.
