Description : 1) The Municipal Government of El Nido, through the CY 2026, GENERAL FUND, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (₱860, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repainting of Municipal Hall Building Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of El Nido now invites bids for Repainting of Municipal Hall Building (1 lot site work, 1 lot application primer, 1 lot final coating). Completion of the Works is required Thirty-Nine (39) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
