Description : INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE REPAINTING OF ISULAN INTEGRATED TERMINAL
1) The Municipality of Isulan, through the Repair and Maintenance- Infrastructure Assets 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE PESOS and 36/100 ( ₱2, 431, 225.36) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAINTING OF ISULAN INTEGRATED TERMINAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Isulan now invites bids for the repainting of Isulan Integrated Terminal. Completion of the Works is required for 120 days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
