Description : Repainting of the Gym
Scope of Work:
1. Surface Preparation:
o Inspect all walls, ceilings, and structural surfaces for cracks, peeling paint, and damages.
o Clean surfaces to remove dust, dirt, grease, and old paint residues.
o Repair minor cracks, holes, or imperfections using putty or filler.
o Sand and smooth all surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.
2. Protection of Fixtures:
o Cover floors, gym equipment, doors, windows, and other fixtures with protective sheets or masking materials to prevent paint splatter.
o Remove or protect light fixtures, electrical outlets, and other permanent installations as needed.
3. Priming:
o Apply appropriate primer on all bare, repaired, or porous surfaces to ensure even color and long-lasting finish.
4. Painting:
o Apply at least two (2) coats of high-quality, durable paint suitable for interior gym use.
o Paint color and finish to be in accordance with school specifications or as approved by the end-user.
o Ensure smooth, even, and streak-free finish on walls, ceilings, and other designated surfaces.
