1.The Sangguniang BaraNGAY San Rafael Village, through its Bids and Awards Committee intends to

apply the sun of Thirty Nine Thousand Eighty Nine Pesos Only ( Php. 39, 089.00) Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for purchase of Portable Tent Bids received in excess of the ABS shall be authomatically rejected at Bid Opening.



2.The Sangguniang Barangay of Brgy. San Rafael Village now invites Bids for the Supplies/Materials for

3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary

-œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act.

(RA 9184 ), otherwise known as the -œ Government Procurements Reform Act -œ



4.Interested bidder may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat

and Inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hour from 8:00am to

5:00pm.

5.The Sangguniang Barangay San Rafael Village will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on February 14, 2018 -

10:00am. At the Barangay Hall Building of Barangay San Rafael Village which shall be open to all

Interested parties who have get the Bidding Documents, Those who have not get the said bidding

documents shall not attend the Pre-Bid Conference.



6.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or Before February 27, 2018 - 10:00am. All Bids

must be Accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable form stated in the BDS.



7.Bid Opening Shall be on February 27, 2018- 10:00am at Barangay Hall of Barangay San Rafael Village,

Bids will be Opened in The Presence of the Bidders -œ Representative who choose to attend, Late

Bids Shall not be accepted.



8. The Bidding Shall be made on per lot basis.



9. The Sanggunaing Barangay San Rafael Village reserves the right to accepts or reject any bid to annul

TheBidding process, and to reject all bids at anytime prior to contract award, without thereby

Incoming Any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
