Tender Details

Quotation are invited for Renting Vehicles for Erbil Office.

Blumont organization, a non-profit organization, provides humanitarian assistance to “people in need”, is seeking quotations from eligible contractors for Renting Vehicles for Erbil Office. Blumont anticipates awarding Multiple or Single contract(s) as a result of this Solicitation. Blumont reserves the right to award more or none under this RFQ.

All bids shall be submitted via sealed envelopes to our office in English village No. 288 in Erbil. This RFQ is in no way obligates Blumont to award a contract nor does it commit Blumont to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal.

Blumont bears no responsibility for data errors resulting from transmission or conversion processes.

Locations of Service:
The vehicles will be used in Blumont-s office in Erbil to transport individuals and items inside Erbil City and to other locations (Duhok, Kirkuk, Sulaimaniyah) according to the needs.

• Awarded Supplier shall submit bank bond in the form of an unconditional Bank guarantee or certified check payable to Blumont, amounting to (10%) of the contract.

• Penalty will apply for any delay of delivery as (0.3%) of the total amount for each day.
