The subject of the order is the provision of equipment services (service on the Contractor's side) on the premises of the Czysta Bkitna Kraina Sp. Waste Management Plant. z o. o. in Czarnwek, equipment at the Contractor's disposal in the quantity and on the terms described below. charger wheeled, frontal, having: - height to the bucket joint pin of at least 4, 200 mm - equipment weight of at least 22, 000 kg; - bucket capacity of at least 3.0 m3; - equipment operator on the Contractor's side. The expected number of working hours is approximately 840 working hours. The number of hours is only an estimated number necessary to calculate the price of the service. The Ordering Party guarantees a minimum of 8 works per day from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Ordering Party reserves the right to use the equipment constituting the subject of the order for a smaller number of working hours, but not less than 440 working hours (minimum benefit). For this reason, the Contractor will not be able to claim compensation for the uncompleted part of the order. All costs, including those related to travel and arrival at the place of execution of the contract and the costs of materials (e.g. fuel) needed to perform the task and operate the machine by the operator is borne by the operator himself...
