Tender Details

The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Services are paid by fixed prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The purpose of this contract is to rental, transport, assembly, technical operation, dismantling and removal of stages, as well as associated equipment necessary for the organization of the annual Béthune Rétro event, organized by the City of Béthune. The services include in particular: -the provision of stages suitable for outdoor cultural and festive events; -regulatory safety equipment; -qualified personnel for assembly, operation and dismantling; -technical assistance during the duration of the event. A framework agreement is put in place for this operation because the event may evolve each year: the number of stages may vary, the locations may change, the weather or the programming may require adjustments.
